Solar Arch Part II: March 2026

We told you it was a long project! 😄

So Matt put the reinforcement needed on MerSea to hold up the solar arch & then he & my dad lifted it up & affixed it to the boat! -Not exactly that simple but it that is the Cliff’s Notes version of it.

Meanwhile, our outboard motor told me that it needed some dressing up. So I helped it out!

Meet Griselda!

She’s the same outboard we’ve always had but she really wanted to show her true self!

Matt had to go into the deepest caverns of the boat to get it ready for him to affix the the solar arch.

Then there was all of the reinforcing of the holes & the plates, etc. -So that the arch doesn’t fall off when we are out on the water.
