Taking A Personal Week

**Mama & baby otter! 🥰 I had to put up something precious we saw this week!**

I get disappointed when there is a week that goes by without a proper video or blog. However, I just have been feeling a bit overwhelmed for the last 7 days & a little sad. This boat hasn’t turned out to be quite the gem we were hoping it to be.

I did put a post out on Instagram describing an issue that Matt discovered. -Having to do with cracks in the bilges. We will have to get someone to take a look at it when we get back to Santa Cruz. And then we’ll know a little more on whether we have to turn around & sell this boat soon or whether we can still cruise down the coast to Mexico & maybe keep going down the Central American Coast. Unfortunately, we both know that this won’t be the boat to cross the Pacific Ocean with. -Which is what I was really hoping for.

So, trying to lift ourselves up & be ready for whatever the universe has in store for us. Not easy but we’ll get there.

Therefore I just needed a break this week. And next week we’ll be back with our video of sailing from Dana Point to Catalina Island!
