OMG! It’s taken forever to get this up! Our access to Wi-Fi has been almost non-existent lately. ….

Short update!

Where to even start? Sailing into Dana Point was great! It was so nice to spend time with my parents, my sister & our niece.

For our unexpected stop, in Marina Del Rey, we decided to just enjoy ourselves & not get any work done!

Where were we? Oh yes, we were at Morro Bay. It was really a bummer that we didn’t get to spend much time in Morro Bay again…..

Monterey. -It seems like we were there so long ago! Feels as though we’ve been moving, moving, moving.

Yes! We have left Santa Cruz! OMG! So crazy! ……

We’ve been scrambling to meet up with our friends before we leave.

Well, sicknesses of all kinds have been going around. Matt’s right hand man got sick. I have been fighting something yucky off & on this last week. And this has left Matt to go into major super-hero mode! -Getting the last cleaning & fixing up of our house done.

Yep, we are out of the house & on the boat!

Yes, only a month to go before we are sailing down the coast on MerSea!

People have been asking about the places where we’ll be stopping before Mexico this autumn.

Before I get down to what we’ve been up to in the last week, I’m going to “get real” about a few things.

This last week, my sister Brynley, her husband Colin & their daughter Ayla came out to stay for a week! We had a blast!

Today’s blog is a quick, little blog.

We spent the last week in the house, getting more & more stuff out of it.

As much are we are lucky to actually have a slip in Santa Cruz, we can’t get out of the north harbor until several weeks from now. So we are using this time to stay & work on the boat.
